Very good subject. But I am disappointed with your article, Pete. I thought it’s defensive. I believe feedback show us a mirror. It doesn’t matter who’s holding the mirror or whether the mirror is great quality. My approach is: reflect upon feedback, and then dismiss it. If there is any truth, we’ll hear it a voice inside us.
